About Paul
Teaching exists as a way to support students who think differently, which drives my work with Year 11 and 12 LOTE cohorts. Many of my students face unique sensory or cognitive hurdles during their schooling.
I hold an MA Languages and PGCE to ensure my pedagogical standards remain high. Throughout 13 years, I have supported many students across diverse settings. My work includes adults preparing for DELE exams alongside hobbyists and kids.
Connecting with every individual remains the most rewarding part of my day. I look forward to supporting your specific communication style.

Pacing remains the core of my instructional strategy, ensuring content stays accessible without causing burnout. Feedback should arrive promptly and provide clear pathways for improvement. Because I utilize mock DELE papers with detailed feedback, students gain immediate insight into their examination performance. My 13 years of experience inform how I structure role play and dialogue practice for advanced learners and working professionals.
We will build vocabulary through consistent exposure and cultural context rather than rote memorization. My degree from university gives me the structural tools to assist travellers and children alike. Writing skills often improve when broken down into manageable, non-overwhelming segments. Pronunciation work happens in a safe environment where repetition feels productive.
Interview preparation focuses on reducing anxiety by simulating real world scenarios. You will find clarity and progress in our time together.
