About Polina

My name is Polina, I am 30 years old and I am a certified teacher of Russian as a foreign language.

All my life I have lived, studied and worked in Russia, but 2 years ago I married a German and went to live in Germany. I continue to teach my favorite language here.

The Russian language is my special passion. I love comparing languages, looking for similarities and unique features.

I have been teaching Russian for 7 years now. Among my students were students from 20 countries of the world. So I have a lot of experience in individual work. The program will be built individually for your goals, interests and learning speed.

I can teach Russian in the intermediary language (English, German) or entirely in Russian.

About the lesson

Reading, writing and listening are important. But this is not an end, but a means. Our goal is effective communication without stress. This is what we will go step by step towards. I use a communicative approach.

Our classes are not just a video call. I use modern programs and materials to make the lesson interesting.

I work at all levels from A1 to C1 and offer different programs depending on your interests, needs and learning intensity.

The main lessons that I offer at the moment:
- General course of Russian as a foreign language
- Speaking practice
- Grammar or vocabulary tutoring
- Russian as a foreign language for business
- Russian as a foreign language for bilingual children (4-10 years old). Not suitable for children studying in Russian schools.
