About KUBRA

I am a medical doctor living in Italy. Languages have always been a central part of my life — I speak Turkish, Italian, French, Russian, and English, and for more than five years I have been helping students from different countries learn how to communicate confidently in a new language.

Because I learned multiple foreign languages myself, I clearly understand what a student feels during the process: the fear of making mistakes, the moment when you understand but cannot answer, and the frustration of studying for months without being able to speak naturally. For this reason, my teaching style is patient, supportive, and very structured.

Living in Italy allows me to stay connected with the real language every day. I hear how people actually speak in daily situations, and I transfer this natural usage to my students so they don’t sound like a textbook.

I work especially well with adult learners. Many of my students are professionals, university students, or people preparing to move abroad. I adapt my explanations to your background and learning style, so the lessons feel clear and logical rather than confusing.

Outside teaching, I enjoy cultures, literature, and communication between people from different countries — this is actually why I love teaching languages: it is not only vocabulary, it is connection.

My lessons are a calm environment where you can speak without embarrassment, ask questions freely, and progress step by step.

About the lesson

My lessons are structured but never mechanical. From the first session I evaluate your level, your listening ability, and your speaking blocks. I identify whether your difficulty comes from vocabulary gaps, pronunciation, grammar confusion, or lack of speaking confidence. After this assessment, I create a personal learning plan for you.

I teach:
• complete beginners who want to start correctly
• travelers preparing for Italy
• people with Italian partners or family
• students preparing for exams and language certifications (CELI, CILS, PLIDA)
• professionals moving to Italy for work
• learners stuck at A1–C1 level who cannot progress

During lessons we do guided conversation, controlled speaking exercises, listening training with real speech speed, pronunciation correction, and targeted grammar only when necessary. I correct you actively but supportively, so you improve without feeling stressed.

I also prepare students for Italian language proficiency exams. We work on exam structure, timed speaking tasks, writing organization, listening strategies, and typical mistakes candidates make. Many students fail not because of Italian, but because they don’t understand the exam system — I teach both.

You will always know what you are improving each lesson. I give feedback, notes, and clear direction on what to practice between sessions.

My goal is not to make you study Italian.
My goal is to make you function in Italian — to understand natives, answer naturally, and feel comfortable speaking without translating in your head.

If you are motivated and consistent, real progress usually starts within a few weeks.
