About Mamta

Iam a national level swimmer who gives swimming training classes to all the age groups.
Swimming is my passion and I make it easy and simple for the beginners and I also trained the mediocre and make them realise their potential.

About the lesson

I go for practical as well as theoriticall method because for swimming you need to understand many things, inside the pool as well as outside the pool. I give more value to practical knowledge cause it stays with us for a longer period of time.
