About Megan
My passion for swimming has grown through more than two decades of competitive participation, endurance challenges, and professional coaching. Those experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of efficient technique, water confidence, endurance training, and performance improvement. Based in Canada, I enjoy helping swimmers of all backgrounds unlock their potential through structured, personalized coaching.
I hold respected international qualifications, including Swim England (ASA) Level 2 Coach, American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI), and current First Aid and CPR certifications. I continue to expand my knowledge through specialist education in biomechanics, stroke refinement, triathlon swimming, and performance coaching to ensure my teaching reflects modern best practices.
From complete beginners to experienced open water swimmers and Ironman competitors, I tailor every lesson to the individual. My goal is to make learning enjoyable while helping you swim with greater confidence, efficiency, strength, and technical excellence.

Whether your goal is simply to feel comfortable in the water or complete your first triathlon, every lesson is carefully tailored to help you succeed. We begin by assessing your current ability before building a programme that develops confidence, technique, endurance, and efficiency at a pace that suits you. I coach in the water, enabling me to observe every movement, demonstrate drills, and provide immediate technical feedback. Training can include all four strokes, open water skills, endurance development, race preparation, and swimming-specific fitness. Lessons are available as individual sessions or structured long-term programmes, making them ideal for busy professionals and committed athletes alike. My supportive coaching style ensures every swimmer feels motivated, challenged, and confident as they progress toward their goals.
