About Xintong
I am a university student studying in Toronto, but I began to learn calligraphy in grade Two of primary school, and I got a full professional certificate early. More than ten years of calligraphy learning has given me a lot of unique insights into my calligraphy. My teacher graduated from the calligraphy major of a famous art college in China. I have not only learned Chinese soft pen calligraphy, but also am good at Chinese hard pen calligraphy and Chinese painting.

It is my aim to teach according to the development direction of calligraphy history. I will explain the background behind the calligraphy works while teaching the copying, so as to strengthen students' understanding of them.
As a student myself, I understand students' problems very well. Meanwhile, I am very patient, and I can keep discussing the problems I don't understand until everyone understands them.
My course is suitable for beginners who want to learn Chinese hard brush calligraphy, soft brush calligraphy and Chinese painting, especially if they are children.
