About Oihane

I am a final year student (fourth year) of a degree in Management, Languages and International Trade at the University of Deusto. I have been teaching private classes for three years, both English and Basque, as well as revision classes for primary and secondary school children.

As far as language qualifications are concerned, I have the HABE C1 in Basque, the Cambridge C1 in English and the HSK2 in Chinese. In addition, as far as my studies prior to university are concerned, I have completed all my primary and secondary education in Basque and the High School in trilingual. On the other hand, at university, most of my subjects are in English although I have also taken some in Basque and Spanish, and, as a second language, I have had Chinese classes for two and a half years of my degree. Finally, I spent part of my third year in Denmark on the Erasmus Programme, an experience that has helped me to improve my English both academically and in terms of speaking it in everyday life.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to help the students to improve in that subject by reinforcing what the student has studied in class, helping them with their homework and helping them to learn in a dynamic way so that it is much easier for the students. To do this, I first see how the students works and after having seen what they need more help with and what they need less help with, I organise the classes in a personalised way for each student.
