About Natascha
I have always had a passion for biology, achieving grade 8 at GCSE and B at A Level. I began a degree in Bioengineering before discovering my love for midwifery and transferring to this course. I have three years of experience teaching and coaching swimming to all ages (3-16), as well as five years of volunteering at my local Brownie group. I like to think that I am approachable and open for my students to ask any questions they may have.

When teaching, I make an effort to cater to the individual that I am teaching, as no two students are the same. I have no set length of a lesson but instead work with the student to find the best length of lesson for them, from half an hour to sometimes two hours. Along the same lines, my method of teaching varies from student to student. One thing that stays the same for all is that I always aim to create a safe and happy environment to try to make my lessons fun. I like to start my lessons with a few minutes of chatting to get to know the student and so that they can get to know me too. I find that taking the time to develop this relationship creates an atmosphere for my students to feel happy about asking questions and telling me when they want to go over something again. I am open to teaching all ages, primarily for Biology up to GCSE, but I am also open to teaching Chemistry and Physics up to year 9. I have been tutoring for the past two years, as well as teaching and coaching swimming for the past three years.
