About Lola
I would be so excited to help you/ your child in your English learning journey. Whether it is a subject you are not so keen on, or one you share a passion for, I will always bring all my love and knowledge of English to each lesson. I found the way English was taught at school often quite boring, as well as very formulaic. I would set out to establish an understanding of the formulas which make essays and exams so ascertainable, as well as trying to nurture an excitement and interest in the subject, making everything far more bearable.

I work on a very student-by-student basis, given I cater to students of any school age. I am able to tutor alongside a typical school teaching approach- it is a system I have a specific understanding of, given I have recently been through it. I have lots of experience helping kids through work they're struggling with, and am a patient and enthusiastic teacher.
