About Amy
I have taken drawing lessons from grade 3 to 11. I have studied still life and perspective drawings. I have dabbled in watercolor but I currently work mainly in digital art. I am experimenting with different styles to find what suits me.
I am an undergrad student pursuing a degree in computer engineering. I am back in Calgary over the summer and hoping to teach students and also expand my hobby.

I usually like to know what the goal of my students are and go from there. If there is something they are hoping to focus on, I can provide help in that area. Otherwise I will offer choices on what I think would help build the skills.
A usual class would consist of the student and I drawing something of their choice, with me either guiding the student or simply offering suggestions or edits to improve the drawing. I am very flexible and as drawing is something to be enjoyed, I believe the student should not be too pressured nor rushed.
