About Surabhi

I have gained knowledge in the therapeutic applications of yoga through my Diploma in Yoga Education. I have been awarded multiple National, State and District level certificates in recognition of my achievements.

My commitment to yoga is rooted in a desire to bring its healing benefits to others, enabling them to find peace and balance in their lives.

I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can incorporate the practice into their daily lives and experience the remarkable transformations it can provide.

About the lesson

With my 10+ years of experience as Yoga Coach/Instructor, I have taught Hatha-Yoga as well as Raja Yoga.

I understand the importance of accurate, and meaningful Yoga Postures and also well-versed in the anatomy and physiology of Yoga. I have a comprehensive understanding to teach the correct technique.

I also have deep Knowledge of the Chakra System, Shat-Karma/Shuddhi Kriyas, Mudras, Bandha, Surya Namaskara, Ashtanga Yoga and Mindful Meditation.
