In 2021 the greatest change I noticed academically was the enormous span in academic preparedness from grades 1-5.
My approach is to, first, meet with students and find out what they would like to learn & what barriers they perceive. From the child and their adults, I’d also like to hear what strengths they possess.
Those will be the starting point. With a focus on resilience, efficacy and ability - my aim is to guide students towards goals they set.
