I have a flexible approach that strives to optimize the understanding of students who are visual, auditory, or hands-on learners. I take a friendly and conversational approach to get to the root of the difficulty and, depending on the individual, attempt a number of methods to help students overcome the issue that they are having with current course work in order to help catch them upnor attainnas close a level as possible to that of their peers.
