About FRANCINE
I expect students to do their best, but I am reasonable. Not all students are A plus students; I was not, so if a student can only achieve a C plus after trying their best, I accept that. How we achieve a successful result is what counts. I specialize usually in grade 1-8.

Lessons should suit the students. My lessons are based on the student's ability. Sometimes a student will receive a C- on a test, but why? It is my job to help them achieve a B, the next grade up. I try to be reasonable and ensure my students' success.
