About Diana
The type of tai chi that I teach is through Taijifit. It is from master, David Dorian Ross. You can learn more through social media. After teaching yoga for many years, I can appreciate the slow, gentle choreography that Taijifit has to offer its students. It’s beautiful, peaceful and simple to do. I teach three tai chi classes weekly in the San Francisco North Bay area.

Come rest and flow for 45 minutes as you mirror my moves. There is nothing for you to memorize or perfect. With music choreographed for each flow, this can be done, seated or standing. Tai chi has many healthful benefits. Come explore what it can do for you.

Details
It is $45 for a live online class. The class is 30 - 45 minutes long. There is no free class. I can do a 15 minute conversation and movement with you online, if you’d like, before the paid class.
