About Amanda
I am a former Communication Scholar that fell in love with Tai Chi exercises and philosophy. Currently, I am teaching Tai Chi privately and in my community centre. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are not only meditation in movement, they represent a way of leaving. In our classes, I am going to teach you the basics to be able to practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong by yourself whenever you want. It will also impact your life in ways that maybe you are not expecting. This is a elementary Tai Chi class that will teach you movements and postures step by step. Tai Chi will improve your capacity of attention and your skill to be aware and present. It will also enhance your balance and support your health through a gentle way of doing exercise. If you have some limitation for practicing exercises, we can customize our classes to fit your needs.
