About Claire
I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from an accredited Canadian University.
I hold a Teaching English as a Second Language Diploma from an accredited Canadian University.
I have over 10 years work experience as a public servant, doing research, writing, presentations, and communications. I have gone through multiple interviews, and have learned in my MPA how to best prepare for them to achieve your goals.
In my spare time I enjoy reading novels, writing poems, and spending time with my children.

I focus my lessons on a few different tracks. You can choose one, or many:
English live workplace communication track: Practice speaking and writing professionally with an individual with over 10 years experience in the public sector. We will role-play interviews, emails, presentations, and more.
English conversation track: Practice speaking with a native English speaker in a fun and welcoming environment.
Appreciation of English literature conversation track: Read and discuss English poems and short stories.
Grow your creative writing track: Do you write poetry? Novels? Essays? While learning English you can also be getting input on your creative pursuits. Consider filling your creative bucket while you are working on your English! Do you want to read in advance and then discuss what you read? Would you like to write something creative and have me review it? Would you like to read something fun, together?
