About Zara

I am a friendly, patient and approachable tutor with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. I understand that every child learns differently, so I aim to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel confident asking questions and developing their skills.

Having gone through the UK education system myself, I understand the importance of building strong foundations from an early age. I am particularly interested in supporting students preparing for the 11+, helping them grow in confidence while making learning enjoyable and less overwhelming.

I am reliable, organised and committed to adapting my teaching approach to suit each individual student.

About the lesson

Lessons will include a mixture of teaching, guided practice and exam-style questions, with regular feedback on progress. Most importantly, I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and to approach their 11+ preparation with greater confidence.

I will aim to be as engaging as possible to support and encourage the child to increase their confidence.
