About Colin
I've been a teacher for over a decade.
For me, teaching is all about relationship and engagement.
A student has to feel comfortable with their teacher, and a student has to feel like the work is interesting! I pride myself on doing both of these well.
I've taught students from Kindergarten-Grade 8, and I am capable of helping Middle Years students (Grade 4-8) catch up, stay ahead, and grow!
Reach out! Find out how I can help your child to feel more confident in their learning.

I love to make learning fun.
My goal is that when our session ends, you're excited to tell your family about what you learned.
Lessons are always personalized to the learner - no two tutoring students receive the same lesson, because every learner is unique!
While I'm capable of helping with most courses, Kindergarten through Grade 12, we're going to have the quickest success if you're in Grade 4-8.
For English writing, I find a lot of learners need to slow down, turn off the computer, and do some work on paper. Outlines give the opportunity to really think about how their assignment will be structured. My goal? Instill great habits that'll help into high school, and beyond!
