About Dani
Hi! My name is Dani Munger, but you can call me Mrs. Munger! I live in Wisconsin with my husband, Zach, our daughter, Margaret, and our two crazy pups, Lainey and Maisie. The 2024-2025 school year will be my fourteenth year as a teacher, and each year I grow to love it a little more because of the connections I make with my students!
My favorite subject to teach is math, because of my own personal history with the subject (Don't worry, I share this early on in class as a connecting point with my students! ), but I also love teaching science and social studies. As an elementary school teacher of over a decade, I have many years of experience teaching reading and writing skills, too; so feel free to ask me for help in any area.
When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my family, playing outside, or doing photography and creating digital graphics!

Learning math can be a hit or miss activity - You either love it or hate it! Growing up in school, I was THE MOST reluctant learner when it came to math. "I can't do it!", were the words I frequently cried out in frustration. Everything from multiplication facts, division, and fractions, they were concepts that made my skin crawl.
Now, as a teacher of thirteen years, I make it my personal mission to teach math concepts to students in ways that make them easy to understand. Fractions? Hate them! Pizza? LOVEIT! Learn math by connecting to real-life scenarios and make learning fun again!
