About Josh
I am a full-time teacher with a Kinesiology degree and have been coaching sports for 10-11 years (Level 1 NCCP Certification). I specialize in basketball, but I am experienced with track and field events as well, specializing in throwing events. I have also worked in a gym for three years and have experience as a Professional Trainer.

My teaching methodology is understanding my student's or client's needs and goals and developing a S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) plan to reach them. What makes me special as a coach is being able to pick up on the client's strengths and weaknesses and being able to communicate an achievable plan that's easy to understand.
I believe my skills are best suited for a basketball player at the middle-year, high-school or pre-college level looking to have some one-on-one coaching. I'd also love to work with anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals. Each case would be focused according to the individual's needs and taught in a way that was purposeful.
