About Raquel

I have three months of experience in private tutor classes teaching Spanish with two different students. One student had A1.1 level and the other A1.2. We followed a book as I did not have time to prepare every class. I was also working as a fulltime teacher with Special Needs Students.
As part of my Master I taught Spanish during one month in the Cervantes Institute. It was a group of 12 adult students. I had to plan the class, send it to my tutor for a review and correct what was necessary. Then I delivered the classes and had a self assessment with my tutor.
Last year I helped preparing an autistic student to prepare his A level for Spanish.
I also have one year experience teaching English to children between 3 and 9 years old in after school classes in Spain. And I had a tutor class with an adult student learning.
I believe I could be the teacher you need. This would be my only job so I would be fully dedicated to prepare your classes.

About the lesson

The methodology I use is student centred where the pupil dictates the pace of the class. Through the activities we will be doing, the student will be able to acquire the knowledge of the Spanish grammar and guide me on what we need to work a bit more. The grammar will be therefore deduced by the student while doing those activities and clarified by me in case of doubt. Every class will include the four skills (listening, speaking, writing and reading).

Raquel is an excellent teacher. I have been her student for some months and it has been a very positive experience. I had individual classes of English with her, from a very initial level. Now I run a tourist apartment in Córdoba and thanks to these classes I can manage with foreign tourists and solve their problems. I recommend her 100%.
