About Charonzae
Rigidity is the enemy of a good vocal performance. I confess that I often break the rules of classical training to help you find your own authentic sound.
Intermediate learners and professionals appreciate how I assign homework vocal drills after every session to build muscle memory. These exercises are meant to be quick, consistent, and highly effective. It is genuinely enjoyable to watch a student conquer their nerves and finally own the stage.

Many of my students tell me they feel trapped by stage fear when they stand before an audience. I come from a long tradition of songwriters who believe that breathing control and pitch are secondary to the story you tell. Holding a BA Music degree has shaped how I guide self taught players through the rigors of sight singing and exam preparation.
Having taught 309 students, I know exactly when to push you and when to step back. I balance technical precision with the raw energy found in the folk clubs where I spent my youth. My goal is to ensure you feel like a natural performer. I am ready to get to work.
