I am 29 years old and have years of experience as a gym and boxing instructor as well.

I offer one on one training available at either home gyms or outside (most of the time I find a good place to work out outside) for beginners. I believe working out should be something you look forward to so I try to make it fun

About the lesson

Hi I'm offering boxing training for beginners men and women. My goal is to show people valuable self defense techniques that’ll enhance their lives for the better.

I am 29 years old and have years of experience as a gym and boxing instructor as well.

My one hour, one on one training session will not only help you with self defense but it’ll teach you a new disciplinary workout routine along with vital skill sets that’ll help you obtain your best shape!

No experience needed as I will teach you from the fundamentals all the way to advanced levels.

I’m located in Burnaby and I’m mobile. I can come to you or you can come to me.

Individual sessions for $40 per hour.
