About David

I'm a student who plans to go to university as kinesiology this year, which just graduated high school. A simple explanation of myself is, I was born in South Korea and moved to Canada since I was 11 years old, and like I just graduated high school I know what students need to know and prepare for the math products in school. So, here I'm going to tell you my experience and knowledge of what is important that students need to build up and prepare for the math class they are listening to. It is basic knowledge about the unit you are learning like formula, and term (like as an example when you are learning trigonometry, you should know "sin" "cos" "tan" or like "hypotenuse"). But, my point is that students feel fun when they solve a problem from the unit that they are learning because I also think study is not a thing for every person if it's boring and hard.

About the lesson

I'm capable of teaching simple calculations for every unit and teaching the basic things that students should know to start a typical unit, because I think students' confidence comes from the perfect basic knowledge they have. My lesson plan would look like starting with teaching basic knowledge and formulas for their improvement of understanding, skills, and knowing what they are solving. Then, give some basic examples for students to solve, which make sure students are capable of the problem in that unit. Like I said, I think a good tutor comes from well organization from the teacher, and I'm comfortable teaching grade 9-11 math that is mainly pre-calculus 10-20 (including mathematics 10-20 and grade 9 math).
