About Noor

"I am a high-achieving O-Level graduate with a deep passion for Mathematics and a natural gift for explaining complex ideas in simple ways. Having grown up within the international Cambridge curriculum, I understand the challenges students face and
the dedication required to excel in it.
I want to teach because I know that many students struggle with Maths simply because it hasn't been explained to them in a way that clicks. I remember being in their shoes, and I know the 'aha!' moment that happens when a difficult concept finally becomes clear. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a student regain their confidence and actually start to enjoy a subject they used to fear.

Teaching is not just a job for me; it is a way to share the logic and problem-solving skills that helped me succeed. My goal is to be the mentor I wish I had when I was younger—someone who is patient, encouraging, and makes every lesson count. By teaching students abroad, I hope to bring a fresh, international perspective to their learning and help them build a foundation that will serve them for the rest of their academic lives."

About the lesson

"I believe that Mathematics is a language that anyone can speak once they understand the logic behind it. My approach is to turn 'scary' numbers into simple steps.

As an O-Level Maths high-achiever, I know exactly where students usually get stuck—whether it's long division, fractions, or the beginnings of Algebra. My method includes:

The 'Why' Method: I don't just ask students to memorise formulas. I show them why they work so they can solve any problem independently.

Digital Interactive Tools: I use an online whiteboard where the student and I solve problems together in real-time. It feels like we are sitting in the same room.

Building the O-Level Foundation: I introduce junior students to the logical thinking required for the IGCSE/O-Level syllabus early on, so they are years ahead of their peers."

"I am a Mathematics specialist from Pakistan with a strong academic background in the Cambridge O-Level curriculum. Having recently mastered the syllabus with top grades, I have a 'fresh' perspective on how to teach Maths to the younger generation (Ages 7–16).

I specialise in helping students who struggle with confidence in Maths. My lessons are structured, calm, and highly effective. I am fully fluent in English and very comfortable working with UK time zones for after-school tutoring.
