About Amy
I am not a certified teacher, but I have taught my own children, plus, I taught Sunday school lessons as well. I assure you I know how to teach and come up with a lesson plan. And in my class, you will be sure to learn what you paid to learn. I will not stop teaching one lesson until you’ve learned it and I am sure of it by testing and retesting you on that subject before we move on to anything else.

I actually attained my GED in 1987 which was a full year before I would have graduated HS because I was very mature and ready to start “life.” I then started college at 17 years old on a special permit because I wasn’t old enough to attend otherwise and I did attend for 1 whole year until I met my husband, got married , and we had a few children. Then, I finally went back to college at SCC 13 years later obtaining my LPN diploma at 32 years old on the first attempt and at the minimum number of questions. After working in the field a few years, in 2006 I once again returned to college at FDTC to purse my ADN at 36 years old and again passed the boards on my first attempt with the minimum number of questions. I worked in the field a total of approximately 20 years before starting my own business that I now run on my on along with my tutoring. I have taken and passed two state board NCLEX exams successfully on the first attempt with the minimum number of questions and I can prepare you to be able to do that too! All you have to do is pick me for your tutor!
