About Lula

I grew up in a bilingual house. My mother is French. At school, I was encouraged and enjoyed learning languages. Spent many years doing exchanges in France and Spain additionally.
In Cheltenham, I organised and planned fun French activities for a cultural holiday club in the French language. Additionally, I volunteered at a French afterschool club and French baby group.
This inspired me to go and spend three years as a university student in a town where my French family are from.
Since then, I have worked in different school settings, with additional needs. Now, for the past year, I have been working in a nursery full-time. And I very much enjoy it.

About the lesson

Your lessons will be adapted based on your goals and current knowledge of the French language. This means you’ll receive a person-centred learning experience.
Our first lesson is creating our lesson plan by assessing what you already know, and your aims for learning a new language.
I shall add some creativity, using video content, arts and crafts, reading material, pictures to represent words, exercises, written and verbal.
I’ll even teach you some fun techniques to remember vocabulary.
