About Alireza
My name is Al, and I am a certified tennis coach and competitive player with a strong background in fitness and athletic training. I have competed in and won multiple tennis championships, and I bring the same passion and dedication to my coaching. Beyond tennis, I am an accomplished long-distance runner, having completed 10Ks, half-marathons, marathons, and ultra-marathons. I also hold certifications in general training, fitness, and bodybuilding, which allows me to integrate tennis-specific fitness into my lessons. I am inspired by the philosophy of Bill Bowerman and believe that “If you have a body, you are an athlete.” My goal is to inspire, motivate, and guide each student to reach their fullest potential while enjoying every step of their journey.

Lessons include technical drills, match play, and tennis-specific fitness training to build strength, speed, and endurance. I focus on creating a fun, positive environment while pushing you toward your personal best.
What sets me apart is my ability to adapt my coaching to each student’s needs, making sure you not only improve but also truly love the game.
