About Arman

I am Arman, an engineer by profession and with experience of having taught tennis for the last 6 years for the Tennis Federation of Madrid. I have given classes to all types of ages and levels, be they levels of initiation, improvement or competition. I have the title of National Monitor by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation and the type of classes I adapt in terms of preferences and level of the student. Normally, although it depends on the level, age and preferences of the student, you should always make some cars initially to develop technique and then live ball exercises to learn to play while there is a rally to later learn to play games and have fun

Regarding tennis lessons the methodology that I follow is the same as that used for the Tennis Federation of Madrid: For children of initiation between 4-7 years: start with practical games to improve coordination, then we started with right cars and reverse that to start would be halfway and two types, throwing the ball with your hand and then with the racket off the other track. Then a small game to practice volley and finish and to finish the technique a small service cart, first "hunting the butterfly" and then real from the middle of the track. To finish the class there is a final game For boys and adults there will be two levels that are those of improvement and competition. For improvement, first an initial rally followed by tenica cars to improve and refine the right shots, reverse volleys, shot and serve. Normalente in perfection more games of live ball would be realized so that the student also is learning to play in case of game outside the classes or tournament. The competition classes are usually of 2 hours and the same methodology would be used than in refinement only the first hour would be more focused on the technique and more focused on each hit and the second hour real game or live ball exercises to help the student in the face of tournaments or games.
