About Sripratha

As a highly motivated and dedicated teacher with strong communication and interpersonal skills, I would like to apply for the position of teacher. There is nothing like teaching. Getting to live and watching passion turn into reality, to work with kids slowly inspiring them and getting results. Can there be any better feeling than seeing one of your students finally “get it”
A true goal for a student’s facilitator would be to be a mentor rather than just being a teacher. The existing scenario of education demands the students to score marks than acquiring the knowledge that is required for the rest of their lives. Learning has always been the part of any individual’s life since learning never stops if one desires to gain more knowledge. In order to offer a student, the global exposure and to widen their intellectual horizon, and to make them realize their strength and accept weakness, their character should be free-spirited and fearless to accept fact as fact.
As an experienced facilitator having enjoyed my days of being a research scholar, nurtured by affectionate and caring teachers, who supported me on having independent mind, unrestricted thought process had accepted the experiments of my learning in the real world has made to ensure that understanding the value of a teacher’s encouragement and motivation for personal motivation.
The student generation of the earlier decades precisely before a couple of years were rigorously spoon-fed and repeatedly coached to memorize the subjects had resulted in being stranded when they enter their critical phase of life - employment. In order to cultivate the habit and the attitude of doing the given work on their own, and be receptive for feedback, being ethical, socially aware thus giving room for them to grow and expand on their own to become happy and successful.
If our teaching would make the students to work for the answer rather being told, to pursue more for knowledge than but being merely taught and coached would help them to develop more on their critical thinking, problem solving skills and creativity quotient.
An energetic, positive Classroom culture would assure the students to feel safe and caring, with which their learning pace will greatly increase, since they are the key elements to a happy and a successful learning environment. Offering more practical knowledge would help them to understand the real-life scenario making them sharper to cartel the theoretical aspect and practical knowledge in implementing what they have learnt.
As a teacher, it would be a true joy to enjoy with my students and everything they have to offer me. Trust with patience always has the power to create change. My role for the children, the bright citizens of the world is to create experiences for them to explore and to get enlightened.
Above all as a learner on this ongoing journey of my life as a teacher, elder’s advices will be accepted, colleagues’ criticism will be respected, parents’ suggestions will be taken with a smile and feedback from my students will be happily acknowledged for making the joyous journey of Teaching a respectable and remarkable one.
