I believe that learning should be a fun and engaging experience. My approach is to explore the students interests and bring that into the lesson as much as possible. I enjoy breaking down the steps and going backwards if needed to identify and fill in any gaps the learner may have from previous years. I am quick at adapting a lesson and changing the approach if the student is struggling to comprehend the material. Although I am available to tutor in all subjects, I find great joy in working with students in kinder -4th grade. The lower level grades build the foundations for successful math and reading mastery.
