About Lee
I have practiced and trained Karate in 11 years in Shotokan Ryu Karate and switch to Kyokushin Karate in 5 years. I can teach you how to self-defense in bare hands fight only and tell you the ugly truth that the majority of the dojos teach are sport.

Train hard
Word hard
Sparring
And repeat again
I do train Kata and Kumite, but Cardio, stamina, and technique are essential too. Physical and mental training is a must in my class. You will learn how to overcome yourself in short.
