Hello guys! My name is Yurim, and I’m here to help you improve your Korean speaking skills, no matter your level. Have you ever imagined yourself speaking Korean fluently just like the K-Pop star you like or a famous Korean celebrity? If so, this class is perfect for you. What makes this class stand out? There's a three unique feature of this class.

About the lesson

=The Unique Features of This Class= 1. Learning “True Native Pronunciation" Have you ever noticed that many Korean teachers teach “hello” as “안녕하세요”, but native speakers unconsciously say it as “안냐세요”, shortening “녕하” to “냐” for a more natural sound. Just like this, in this class, you’ll learn practical, real-life pronunciation that even Koreans don’t realize they use, rather than the textbook-style. This easy but detailed advice will incredibly help you sound more like a native speaker and impress others with your fluency. Imagine hearing people say, “Wow, your Korean is amazing!” 2. You can also learn Korean Dialects. There are nearly no places to learn charming Korean dialects. But in this class, you can learn like BTS Jimin’s charming Busan dialect or V’s cool Gyeongsang-do tone. I lived in Gyeongsang-do for 24 years, and the Gyeongsang dialect is quite similar to the Busan dialect. Whether you're watching videos of your favorite celebrities or traveling through Korea’s beautiful regions, this knowledge will dramatically enhance your understanding. Plus, you’ll gain deeper insights into Korea’s regional cultures, making your learning experience even more enjoyable. 3. Regular Language Reviews To ensure you retain what you’ve learned, we’ll regularly practice the expressions covered in class through relatable conversations. This natural review process allows you to reinforce your memories without feeling overwhelmed, making learning both effective and fun. --- Class Types 1. Structured Learning Class This class is designed for steady progress in both language and cultural understanding. We’ll use a textbook I recommend, or you can bring your own preferred material. You’ll learn both standard Korean and dialect versions if you want. To make the lessons even more engaging, I’ll use additional explanations and visual aids. Plus, we’ll do a systematic review for long-lasting memory 2. Entertainment-Based Class This type of class centers around Korean pop culture and your favorite content. Plz share with me a vlog, drama, or K-pop lyrics ... anything you like in advance, and we’ll explore commonly used expressions, their meanings, and anything else you’re curious about. It’s the most fun way to learn the language while connecting with the culture. 3. Free-Talking Class This course is recommended for advanced learners and above. This class focuses on improving your conversational skills, and recommended helping you sound more like a native speaker. It’s perfect for those who want to work on pronunciation, expand their range of expressions, or break old language habits. If there’s a specific subject you’d like to focus on, let me know, and I’ll provide detailed, targeted feedback to help you improve. This class will be well-structured and carefully managed to ensure your time is well spent. I will conduct a preliminary survey to tailor the lessons to your needs. See U in class! Later~
