About Theodore
My name is Theodore Holman, and I've been playing tennis for over 9 years. I've coached beginners, club players, and junior players, and I've also led adult group sessions and clinics. I hold a recognized coaching qualification and I'm known for my calm, approachable style. My students trust me because I take time to understand their goals and their game. I've helped nervous beginners become confident rally players, club members improve their consistency, and players develop a better understanding of match strategy. With me, you'll build a solid, enjoyable game and feel proud of your progress on court.

Hi, I'm Theodore Holman. I've coached tennis for 8 years, and my focus is on helping players develop consistency, control, and a clear understanding of match play. I work with beginners who are new to the game, intermediate players who want to improve their rally skills, and adults returning to the court after a break. My lessons cover correct grip, stroke mechanics, footwork, and positioning. We work on building a dependable serve, controlled groundstrokes, and confident volleys. I also teach shot selection, court positioning, and how to stay calm and focused during matches. My coaching is clear, patient, and encouraging — I give you one or two things to focus on at a time, so you improve without feeling overwhelmed.
