About Sophia
Working with elementary students this past year has affirmed my confidence in guiding them and teaching them the correct way to do things. If a student is struggling with understanding an equation or assignment, I was able to easily make the description easier to follow and understand. I always made sure I supported the student and handled their needs professionally.

I have experience working with children who have developmental delays. I will take students from school to grade 4. I have always succeeded in my English classes finishing with a B+ to A-.
During my grade 12 year, I was an assistant teacher at MEI Elementary School. During that time, I mostly worked with a few students who had developmental delays or were discouraged easily. I know that I excelled in that area of working with children as I saw improvement in their assignments and conversations with me. I can do either in-home tutoring or at the public library!
