About Subibe
I have been in a hands-on leadership role for over a decade and have trained hundreds of people to do interviews and have conducted hundreds of interviews myself in the past 10+ years.
I am the author of 4 books available on Amazon Kindle. I have extensive experience providing leadership training to front-line managers and upper leadership.
Moreover, I am currently a Non-Executive Director at a wellknown and established non-profit and on the HR and hiring committee.
I take great pride in having led internal human resource activities with an understanding that in today’s workforce, recognition, autonomy, proper health and stress management, respecting diversity and differences and facilitating life balance are at the core of a humanistic approach to HR towards helping people strive for their best.

The session will begin with a 15 minute training presentation that I have given to hundreds of people who recruit and who conduct interviews.
This will give you insight from the perspective of the recruiter and build your confidence in preparing for an interview.
Next, we will review your CV for formatting and also content. I will teach you tools and techniques to make your CV look better and show you how to highlight your strengths and demonstrate to employers what you can offer them.
We will also work on your cover letter format and content and I will give you guidance on how to quickly customize your cover letter for any job positing with any company.
Also, I will provide you with a substantial bank of typical interview questions that would likely take you hours to research.
Lastly, if you get an interview within 1 month of our session, I will conduct a 15 mock interview with you at no additional cost.
