About Sara

With a background in Communications and Psychology, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. I believe that speaking boldly is just as much about technique, as it is about your mindset and beliefs.

Having once been the quiet person in the room and now with over 4 years of public speaking experience and Toastmasters competition accolades, I'm deeply passionate about helping ambitious women unlock and fully own their authentic voice. Whether you're stepping into university and navigating what's next, climbing the ladder in your career, or boldly launching something of your own - this is for you.

Through personal development, and coaching principles, I go beyond the basics to help you break through the mental blocks that have been keeping you – and your voice –small.

About the lesson

Together we'll work on,
- Your Presence: Body language, energy, and the unspoken authority you carry before you say a word. Your voice, tone, pacing, and the art of speaking in a way that is undeniably, authentically you.
- Your Mindset: Practical tools rooted in positive psychology to quiet self-doubt, calm pre-speaking nerves, and get out of your own way — for good.
- Your Craft: Structure, storytelling, research prep, and how to open and close with impact.
Our sessions wouldn't just be about becoming a better speaker. Together we'll work on stepping fully into your power: on stage, in the office, and in your life.
