About Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer, a casual tutor with a TOPIK Level 6 certification and a genuine passion for language learning. Having studied Korean to an advanced level myself, I understand the challenges that come with learning the language — from grammar structures to pronunciation and speaking confidence.
I also have experience learning other languages, so I know how important it is to have a patient and supportive teacher. My background in hospitality and customer service has helped me develop strong communication skills, allowing me to adapt to different learning styles and create a comfortable, encouraging environment.
My goal is to help you feel confident using Korean in real situations, not just understanding it on paper. Whether you’re learning for travel, personal interest, or exams like TOPIK, I’ll support you step by step and tailor lessons to suit your pace and goals.

I teach Korean with a strong focus on real-life communication in a relaxed and supportive environment. Lessons are personalised to your level and goals, whether you’re a complete beginner or aiming for advanced fluency or TOPIK preparation. We can talk about K-POP, dramas, culture, slangs, or any topic you are interested in!
I combine speaking practice, useful vocabulary, and clear explanations to help you understand how Korean is actually used. Lessons run 1 hour to ensure that I'm not overloading you with too much new information, and are suitable for young adults and adults who want to build confidence and consistency in their Korean.
