About Ambi

I'm a passionate tennis coach and educator dedicated to helping players of all ages and skill levels enjoy the game while reaching their full potential. As a TPA-certified instructor and Club Professional 1 (CP1) candidate, I continue to expand my coaching knowledge to provide students with high-quality, up-to-date instruction.

In addition to coaching tennis, I work as an educator in West Vancouver. My teaching experience has shown me that every student learns differently, which is why I tailor every lesson to each player's goals, learning style, and pace.

Whether you're stepping onto the court for the first time or preparing for competition, my coaching is built on patience, clear communication, and structured progress. I believe tennis should be challenging, rewarding, and, above all, enjoyable.

My mission is simple: to help you improve your tactical, technical, physical, and mental skills, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game. Every lesson is personalized, goal-oriented, and designed to help you make real progress while enjoying every step of the journey.

My Coaching Philosophy

My lessons are built around one simple goal: making tennis easy to understand, enjoyable to play, and rewarding to improve.

If you're new to the game, I'll help you simplify tennis so you can quickly gain the confidence to rally, play matches, and have fun with your friends and family.

If you're a competitive player, every lesson is designed around your individual goals. We'll identify the skills that will make the biggest difference in your performance and create a plan to help you reach your full potential.

Every lesson has a clear objective. Together, we'll work on the specific technical, tactical, and mental skills you need to improve—because everyone enjoys succeeding and seeing their hard work pay off.

In addition to being an experienced instructor, I am currently completing the Club Professional 1 (CP1) certification through the Tennis Professionals Association (TPA), allowing me to continue providing high-quality, up-to-date coaching for players of all levels.

Pricing Information

My standard lesson rate is $75 per hour.

For students who are committed to improving their game, I also offer discounted lesson packages:

5-lesson package: $70 per lesson
10-lesson package: $70 per lesson

These packages are a great option if you're looking to build consistency, make faster progress, and save on the hourly rate.

Tennis balls are provided. Lessons can be held at public courts in West Vancouver or at another agreed-upon location.
