About Ana

Hi! My name is Ana, I’m 23 years old, and tennis has been a huge part of my life since 2014. What started as a hobby quickly became a true passion, and today I love sharing that passion through coaching.

My goal is to help students improve their tennis skills while also building confidence and overall fitness in a fun and motivating environment.

I have over 50 hours of coaching experience working with beginner adults and teenagers, and I always adapt my lessons to each student’s level and goals. Whether you’re looking to learn the basics, improve your technique, or simply stay active, I’d be happy to help you progress on the court!

About the lesson

The first class is mainly focused on evaluating your level and where you can improve. Then, I will propose a variety of drills to improve your techniques and increase your confidence on the court.

I always plan my subsequent lessons in advance based on your level to spend our time in the most efficient way and typically end it with mini-tennis or with a full-court rally to keep it fun.
