About David
I started practicing Kyuku Shin Kai karate from the age of 6 to
approximately 12 years of age and then, with the same teacher
Manuel Francás, at the Gym Francás club in Barcelona, I continued
practicing Goyu Ryu karate up to 26 years old.
At the age of 14 I obtained the black belt and at 16 the first dan, awarded by the Royal Spanish Federation of Karate and DA and Catalan Association of Goju Ryu karate.
Since 2016 I have been continuously study and practice of Karate
Shotokan at the J.Martinez Karate School in Santa Coloma de
Gramenet with maestro José Martinez. In this dojo I have achieved great personal challenges in addition to the title of black belt 2nd dan, awarded by the Royal Spanish Karate Federation and DA and the Catalunya Shotokan Karate Association.
As for sports karate, I have to my credit a first place in a championship in Catalonia and more than 5 podiums in the same competition, in addition to several other trophies and participation in national championships.

Personally, I believe that the best method of teaching is knowing how to offer the appropriate stimuli for each individual.
The little ones learn by playing, almost without realizing it, and a very healthy habit is created, not only at the level of physical and mental stimulation , but also promotes concentration and self-control.

Navarro es un excelente instructor. Se nota que lleva en la sangre el Karate. Tiene mucha paciencia para enseñar y sus alumnos que aprenden y se divierten muchísimo.
