About THE FIT SOUL TAEKWON-DO SCHOOL
I am Sohail Rehman, Founder, Director, and Head Instructor of Fit-Soul Taekwon-Do School in Toronto, which I established in 2015. I began training in ITF Taekwon-Do at the age of 13 and went on to compete at the state, national, and international levels, representing India at international and world championships before immigrating to Canada.
Since coming to Canada, I have continued to participate in regional, provincial, and national tournaments organized by the Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation International (CTFI). I have also trained and prepared students to compete in Taekwon-Do championships across Ontario and other provinces in Canada.
Today, I bring decades of experience to my students, with a strong focus on developing confidence, discipline, fitness, self-defense, leadership, and respect through traditional ITF Taekwon-Do. I am a certified ITF Taekwon-Do instructor, and Fit-Soul Taekwon-Do School is affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and registered with the Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation International (CTFI).
