Mirhella is an incredibly intelligent and empathetic person. She easily sees the best in people and is the first one to offer another person help. Her passion for yoga, nutrition and promoting a happy and healthy environment easily inspires others to do the same. Mirhella has excellent communication skills, both in her ability to listen and to communicate her thoughts.
Not only is Mirhella a great friend, but in working with her as my yoga teacher she has helped me to gain back flexibility and decrease the pain I was experiencing in my hips. I feel she is very talented an is capable of helping many individuals live healthier and more peaceful lives.

I first met mirhella when we started working together and we clicked. Shes such a good listener and even then I never felt judged by her. I think she is a fabulous teacher and has always made me feel comfortable. I feel like her general demeanour is super inviting and open like she’s ready to receive whatever it is you have to give her.
