I taught in two schools, both were internships. I have been doing private tuitions for the last 5 years. One of the schools I taught in was a Krishnamurthy foundation. I usually begin a class with a detailed introduction, usually preceded by priming. I believe in planning, therefore I spend quite a lot of time planning my lesson or making learning designs. I like keeping records, therefore I try to assess and evaluate the skills with the help of the records.
