About Tanvi
I am a dedicated yoga instructor with diverse teaching experience across different communities. I currently teach at a community center run by the local government, lead classes at a women-only yoga studio, and guide gentle sessions for seniors in retirement centers. This variety has helped me develop a versatile teaching style that adapts to students of all ages and abilities.
I focus on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and safe movements to ensure every student benefits fully from their practice.
