About Zina
I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. I completed my 200-hour certification in Thailand along with my CPR and first aid in June 2026. I have been teaching in resorts mostly for the past year and a half, in both English and French.

The focus of yoga is becoming aware of your body and mind through postures. I teach this in my classes, whether it's yin, power yoga or beginner yoga. I also offer a lot of modifications for each pose. Try it out and see for yourself :)
