About Laura

For years, I carried the weight of unresolved emotions—stress, pain, and patterns I didn’t fully understand—until life brought me to a breaking point that became a turning point. Through deep inner work and powerful techniques like trauma healing, EFT, NLP, and hypnotherapy, I was able to shift from survival to self-trust. I stopped living in reaction, reclaimed my health and peace of mind, and began creating a life that actually felt like mine. Now, as an experienced Mindset Coach and certified Journey Practitioner, I guide others through transformation—from the inside out. Whether you're healing from past trauma or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you clear the path back to yourself, your voice, and the life you're meant to live.

About the lesson

If you’ve ever felt like your voice gets stuck in your throat, like there’s so much inside you but no safe way to let it out—you’re not alone. Life coaching with me is about gently uncovering what’s been holding you back: all that is buried inside, the fear of being seen, the weight of past hurt, and the pressure to stay small. Together, we work through those blocks—mental, emotional, and energetic—so you can finally express yourself freely and fully. Through deep inner work and inner child healing, you’ll reconnect with your truth, rebuild your confidence, and learn to speak from a place of clarity and self-love. You deserve to be heard.
