About Akshaya

I am currently a first-year technology degree apprentice at Morgan Stanley, whilst studying for my degree in Software Engineering at Queen Mary University London. I completed 4 A-Levels, Maths, Physics, Computer Science and Economics (grades A-C) and 11 GCSEs (grades 8-9 (A*)). I have had over a year of tutoring experience, primarily in Maths and English. My tutees have made good progress whilst enjoying their sessions, which I have also thoroughly enjoyed teaching. I have also informally coached students with higher education admissions processes, having been a University of Cambridge and Imperial College London Offer Holder, as well as degree apprenticeships at reputable firms. I can offer help and consultation with all aspects of the UK university admissions process, including personal statements, mock interviews, and admissions tests, and especially provide guidance and support for the multi-layer application process of degree apprenticeships. I have gained much knowledge and tips from my own application processes and would love to share my knowledge.

My hour-long (generally) lessons for subjects (Maths and English) are mainly aimed for either primary school aged children up till GCSE (Language and Literature). Consultations for higher education are applicable to anyone interested in applying for it and the length will be dependent on the nature of the session.
