About Nout
I graduated with honours last year at the Praedinius Gymnasium in Groningen, and I’m now doing a bachelor in Physics at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Science is my passion, and I love sharing it with others. What I enjoy most about tutoring is seeing how someone slowly but surely improves in a subject or topic. I also see it as a fun challenge to explain the material in such a way that the student truly understands it. If this takes a while, it's not a problem of course; that's what makes it a challenge!

I prefer teaching online, but if it's within a reasonable cycling distance (about 20 minutes), I'm also happy to meet in person. My specialties are physics and mathematics, but I'm generally comfortable with most high school subjects. I try to help students by checking their work, offering study tips, and providing helpful examples and mnemonics to help them understand or remember the material.

Nout heeft mij erg goed geholpen met natuurkunde en wiskunde. Hij kan goed uitleggen en weet goed waar hij het over heeft!
Ik ken Nout via school, en hij weet heel wat van wiskunde af. Hij doet ook altijd zijn best om alles goed uit te leggen!
Ik ken Nout van de universiteit, en hij is zeker goed in wiskunde! Verder is hij rustig en “down to earth”, wat fijn is voor gedetailleerde uitleg.
Nout was een erg fijne leraar, zijn uitleg was altijd heel erg duidelijk en hij had veel geduld. Ook was het fijn om te merken dat hij ook echt verstand van de stof had.
